Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Absolutely. Kunnath House specializes in private events — weddings, corporate offsites, birthday parties, and more. Please use the Event Inquiry form on our Events page or contact us directly for custom packages.
We offer Box Cricket, Volleyball, ATV rides, and nature trails. Some activities require advance booking. Check the Sports page for pricing and availability.
Yes — Silver, Gold, and Premium memberships. Benefits include discounted stays, early access to events, complimentary activities, and exclusive farm experiences. Visit the Membership page for details.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7-14 days incur a 50% charge. Less than 7 days, the full booking amount is non-refundable. Some special events may have different policies.
We have limited pet-friendly farm stays. Please mention your pet when booking, and we'll confirm availability. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Our main farm stay and event spaces are wheelchair accessible. However, some outdoor activity areas may have uneven terrain. Contact us to ensure we meet your specific needs.
